Overview

Measure current-voltage and capacitance-voltage characteristics of semiconductor devices at wafer level.

Responsibilities

• Load a wafer into a probe station and align the wafer.


• Connect probes to semiconductor analyzers and switch matrix with cables.


• Land probe tips on the pads of specified devices in a wafer.


• Run software to control the semiconductor analyzer to measure the devices


• Communicate with the modeling engineers on the measurement progress and problems.


• Identify and investigate measurement abnormalities.


• Directly assist Modeling team

Minimum Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering


• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite


• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task


• Ability to self-adjust priorities over the course of the day


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to follow written instructions for measurement setups.
