Job summary

Continua Kids is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat speech, language, voice, and feeding/swallowing issues in children. Centre-based role with therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs.

You will conduct assessments, implement personalized therapy plans, and guide families on home strategies while coordinating with related professionals. Enthusiasm for working with kids and ongoing professional development is required.

Qualifications

• Assessments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans.
• Provide therapy for speech clarity, language development, fluency, and voice.
• Guide families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
• Support group therapy sessions and multidisciplinary planning.
