Job summary

Orgvein Pvt Ltd in Kalpetta, Wayanad is hiring Speech Therapists to join our child rehabilitation team. You will provide speech and language therapy to children and work closely with parents and a multidisciplinary team to support each child's development. Freshers are welcome.

UG/PG in BASLP or MASLP or equivalent. Strong communication and a passion for helping children are required. 8-hour shifts: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Speech Therapists to join our child rehabilitation team in Kalpetta, Wayanad. The role involves providing speech and language therapy to children and working closely with parents and a multidisciplinary team to support each child's development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, communication, and related assessments for children.
• Plan and deliver individualized therapy sessions based on each child's needs.
• Conduct 45-minute sessions, including approximately 40 minutes of therapy and 5 minutes of parent interaction.
• Work with children experiencing speech, language, communication, articulation, fluency, and related developmental difficulties.
• Maintain proper therapy records, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's progress and home-based activities.
• Collaborate with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
• Maintain a child-friendly, supportive, and professional therapy environment.

Eligibility

• UG/PG in BASLP / MASLP or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in child rehabilitation/pediatric speech therapy will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their developmental needs.
