Comunic Therapy Centre in Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role. Qualifications

Company Description

Comunic Therapy Centre provides speech therapy services to individuals across all age groups, with a focus on building effective communication and supporting functional independence. The centre specializes in a wide range of conditions, including oral motor dysfunction, speech sound disorders, stuttering, voice problems, and language development challenges. Services extend to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD/ADD, intellectual disability, and genetic disorders such as Down syndrome and Williams syndrome. The team also works with clients experiencing feeding and swallowing difficulties, as well as communication issues related to stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s disease, motor neuron disease, multiple sclerosis, and dementia. Clinicians collaborate closely with families and caregivers to deliver personalized, evidence-based intervention plans.

Role Description

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a clinical setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring progress, and adjusting therapy goals based on client outcomes and needs. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, educate families and caregivers on home programs, and participate in case discussions and clinical reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Speech Therapy and Speech, with the ability to assess and treat a diverse range of communication needs.
• Experience working with Communication Disorders, including fluency, voice, articulation, and social communication challenges.
• Competence in managing Language Disorders, covering receptive and expressive language, literacy-related skills, and developmental language delays.
• Clinical skills in assessing and treating Dysphagia and other feeding and swallowing disorders across age groups.
• Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional registration or licensure as required by local regulatory bodies.
• Ability to work empathetically with clients and families, with strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
• Good documentation, time management, and organizational skills, including familiarity with evidence-based practice.
• Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical internships are also encouraged to apply.
