Role Description

This part-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role is based in the Pune District. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in young children attending the preschool and day care centers. Daily responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing personalized intervention plans, and monitoring progress through regular evaluations. The role involves collaborating with educators and caregivers to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities, providing guidance to families on supportive strategies at home, and maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of all assessments and interventions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
• Proficiency in working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in early childhood.
• Knowledge and experience in managing Dysphagia and related feeding and swallowing concerns.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with relevant certifications or licensure as required by local regulations.
• Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings, preferably in early childhood programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families.
• Strong observational, documentation, and communication skills, with a child-centered and inclusive approach.
