Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru with child development centers using asdflo talent infra.The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders across a range of neurodiversity needs, including autism and ADHD. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based speech therapy sessions, and monitoring client progress. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams, documenting clinical notes accurately, and contributing to care coordination through asdflo’s digital platform. The Speech Language Pathologist may also participate in case conferences, provide caregiver training, and support continuous improvement of clinical protocols.

Qualifications
