Role Description

The Pediatric Therapist is responsible for providing direct, evidence-based therapeutic services to children across relevant domain speech and language therapy, depending on area of specialization. Day-to-day tasks include assessing developmental, behavioral, and communication needs; designing individualized therapy plans; delivering structured sessions; and tracking progress through documentation and regular reviews. The role involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals, offering guidance to support continuity of care at home and school. The Pediatric Therapist will also contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions, participate in case conferences, and help maintain a nurturing, inclusive environment aligned with the center’s values. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sarjapur

Qualifications

• Relevant clinical qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in , Speech and Language Pathology,
• Professional licensing or registration as required by local regulations, and prior experience working with children with developmental, behavioral, communication, or learning challenges.
