Job summary

SV Management Consultants in Hyderabad is seeking a Specification Engineer to identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets. You will support the sales process with accurate quantity take-offs, qualification assessments, and quotes, building a strong opportunity funnel aligned with business targets.

This role requires strong technical expertise in MEP systems for large building projects, plus the ability to interpret drawings and specifications to drive commercial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience in MEP systems and large building construction.
• Experience with plumbing site execution and drinking water systems.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and standards.
• Proficiency with digital tools; AI platforms a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

The Specification Engineer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in targeted markets, supporting the sales process through accurate quantity take-offs, qualification assessments, and quote creation, and building a strong opportunity

• Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience in MEP systems, large building construction, plumbing site.execution, Commercial Sinks and drinking water systems.
• Strong understanding of building materials and construction industry standards.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems; experience with AI-based platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, (Power Point, Excel, Word, Access)
