Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the cyber operations space.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security platforms and tooling.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Administration and AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, AI governance, and automation use cases.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell and Python.
• Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise production support environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Profile Summary:

The IT Security Service Engineer I, Cyber Platform Operations, is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of critical cybersecurity platforms while driving operational efficiency, risk reduction, and platform modernization across the enterprise. The role provides technical leadership for platform operations, automation, incident response, and service management, partnering with global stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable cybersecurity services in a 24x7 environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and administration of cybersecurity platforms.
• Support Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management activities.
• Perform platform upgrades, deployments, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor platform health, availability, and performance.
• Develop automation and operational efficiencies using PowerShell, Python, APIs, or AI-assisted solutions.
• Administer and support Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity/security use cases.
• Collaborate with global teams on security initiatives, platform enhancements, and operational governance.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of strong Handson experience in Cyber operations space

Knowledge and skills (general and technical):

• Hands-on and administrative level experience with tools such as Tanium, CrowdStrike, Cribl, QRadar, XSOAR, PowerBI, CyberArk.
• Strong understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Administration, Copilot Studio, or AI-powered workplace productivity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts, Prompt Engineering, AI governance, and automation use cases.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell and/or Python.
• Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise production support environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
