Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo a high-level pre-employment medical examination.
• Understanding technical background is essential.

Responsibilities

• Strong technical knowledge of gearbox and drivetrain components.
• Hands-on experience performing borescope inspections of complex gearboxes.
• Provide drivetrain technical support and lubrication guidance.
• Inspect and assess turbine condition and diagnose faults.
• Manage Service Now Tickets independently.
• Maintain Drive Train Support SharePoint resources and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with teams for regional documentation and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze NC2 data and trends.
• Support maintenance and updates of the main component priority watchlist.

Specialist- Technical Support Admin-Drive Train support

YOUR TASKS

• Strong technical knowledge of gearbox and drivetrain components
• Hands-on experience performing borescope inspections of complex gearboxes
• Practical experience providing drivetrain technical support and Lubrication topics
• Basic understanding of condition monitoring systems
• Ability to inspect and assess turbine condition (fault identification and diagnosis)
• Physically capable and willing to climb wind turbines
• Manage and provide technical support for Service Now Tickets.
• Support the maintenance and continuous update of the Main Component Priority Watchlist
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
• Oversee and maintain Drive Train Support SharePoint resources, including Inspection report management, Regional documentation management.
• Gearbox Oil Sample Manage gearbox oil sampling and provide technical recommendations to wind farms
• Data Monitoring & Analysis Perform NC2 data monitoring and collection
