Job summary

The role requires formal HR education (Bachelor's and preferably Master's) plus certifications in HR; strong advisory, change management, and stakeholder skills are essential to deliver measurable outcomes and enhance employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in HR/IR, HRM or Psychology are required or preferred.
• Masters in Business Administration or HRM is advantageous.
• Certifications in HR (CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP) strengthen candidacy.

• Define and execute responsibilities aligned with the Specialist role.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs.
