Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Gurugram seeks a data-driven compensation analytics professional to support planning, design and reporting of sales performance metrics. You will work with executives and teams across Sales, Finance and HR to improve processes and drive results.

The role requires strong SQL, Python and BI tools experience, with collaboration across Sales Operations and Deal Desk. Hybrid work model and a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 3–4 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Strategy, or Sales Analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python with strong spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Data Studio, Looker) is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and conduct ad-hoc audits to support business programs.
• Design, develop, and maintain processes to generate insights into sales KPIs and incentive compensation plans.
• Analyze sales performance data and partner with Sales Operations to ensure accurate incentives.

In this high impact role, you will work closely with executives and internal functions including Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Deal Desk, Business Systems, Finance and Accounting, and HR to improve and establish processes and systems for our next stage of growth.

This role sits within a newly created team which will link our sales strategy and our sales commission. This team will be under the global sales commission umbrella, in our Finance and Accounting organization. In this role, you will be responsible to provide analytical analyses and administrative support for compensation programs. Specifically, you will be responsible for contributing to the planning, design and reporting of sales performance metrics, driving the business forward by contributing to improving our sales productivity.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Key Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with a hypothesis-driven mindset, open to feedback in a dynamic business environment
• Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex technical concepts into business terms and KPIs
• Capable of working independently on analytics projects, deriving actionable insights, and coordinating with stakeholders as needed
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.); MBA preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Strategy, or Sales Analytics
• Proficient in SQL and Python with strong spreadsheet skills to analyze large datasets efficiently
• Experience with at least one major BI tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker)
• Salesforce experience is a plus
