Valmet in Mumbai is seeking an Order Management Specialist to own the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process for international customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing, and external partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

You will maintain ERP records, prepare commercial documentation, and seek opportunities to improve order management and the customer experience, contributing to customer satisfaction and business

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• You have 2-4 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations.
• You understand international order management, export processes, logistics, and commercial documentation.
• You are comfortable with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• You will process and manage customer orders from quotation through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed commercial terms.
• You will act as the primary contact for customers, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and resolving order-related issues.
• You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Trade Compliance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
• You will monitor order progress, manage changes or cancellations, and proactively escalation critical issues that may impact customer commitments.
• You will maintain accurate ERP records, prepare commercial documentation, and identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer experience.
