Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Specialist - Supply Chain - Procurement in India to identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage procurement activities. You will work with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business goals in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You will evaluate supplier capabilities, monitor performance, and apply data-driven approaches including Generative AI to optimize costs and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in commerce, economics or finance.
• Master-level business degree preferred (MBA/Analytics).
• Certifications in procurement (CPSM/CSCP) add value.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to meet procurement needs.
• Assess supplier capabilities, quality, reliability, and pricing models.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms for favorable agreements.
