Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager - Supply Chain - Procurement to lead day-to-day sourcing operations and drive value for global clients. You will supervise a team of sourcing professionals, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal supplier solutions.

You will monitor supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and present operational insights to senior leadership while supporting a fast-moving, AI-driven transformation at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA in Business Administration or Analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sourcing operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of procurement activities in alignment with business needs.
• Supervise and support a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all procurement activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and deliver optimal supplier solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service levels.
• Contribute to cost optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities for savings and process improvements.
• Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and risks.
