Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a contract management specialist to draft, review, and negotiate terms for client, vendor, and partner agreements. The role guides internal stakeholders and ensures compliance across the contract lifecycle, including renewals and amendments.

You will monitor obligations and risks, resolve disputes, and contribute to enterprise-wide governance for S&P contracts in a dynamic, hybrid work setting in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Masters in Operations Management or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications in compliance or risk management (CCO/CRP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize contract terms to mitigate risk.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws and internal policies.
