Job summary

Magna Powertrain in Bengaluru seeks a Specialist Resource Manager to lead project/resource planning in the automotive domain. You will leverage Planview and advanced Excel/PowerPoint to generate concise reports and support decision-making.

The role requires 3–5 years in project/resource management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication with stakeholders. MBA or MCA preferred; no travel expected.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Management or related field.
