Job summary

ALSTOM is seeking a Specialist for NeXthink & Modern Workplace to lead architecture, deployment, and administration of the Nexthink platform across global endpoints. You will design dashboards, investigations, and campaigns to enhance user experience and performance, while aligning with IT governance and security requirements.

You will collaborate with IT teams across ITSM, Security, SCCM/Intune, and Infrastructure to drive proactive improvements, automate remediation, and support Windows 11

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in end-user computing technologies and Nexthink expertise.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing complex IT environments across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, deployment, and administration of the Nexthink platform across global endpoints.
  • Design and implement dashboards, investigations, and campaigns to enhance user experience and performance.
  • Analyze user behavior, application performance, and compliance metrics to drive proactive support.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address areas of improvement.
  • Develop real-time alerts, reporting modules, and proactive health checks.
  • Automate IT issues and remediation scenarios using Nexthink remote actions.
  • Contribute to IT governance and compliance efforts.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as Windows 11 migrations and application performance tuning.
  • Drive continuous service improvement by translating Nexthink insights into actionable outcomes.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your digital experience monitoring expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.

You’ll play a key role in optimizing the digital workplace experience for our global teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including ITSM, Security, SCCM/Intune, and Infrastructure teams, to identify areas of improvement, drive cross-functional remediation strategies, and ensure seamless digital operations.

You’ll specifically take care of leading the architecture, deployment, and administration of the Nexthink platform, but also design and implement advanced dashboards, investigations, and remote actions to improve user experience and endpoint performance.

We’ll look to you for:

All about you
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10–12 years of experience in end-user computing technologies and Nexthink Tool expertise
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
  • Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing complex IT environments and delivering solutions across multiple geographies
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Fluency in English and a willingness to work autonomously in an international environment
  • Ability to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
