Qualifications

• Diplôme de niveau bachelor en TI/informatique ou domaine connexe.
• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en opérations IT, administration système ou support d'infrastructure.
• Certifications pertinentes (ex: CompTIA Server+, ITIL Foundation) souhaitées.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostique et résout des incidents matériels, logiciels et connectivité pour les utilisateurs finaux.
• Traite les demandes de service: configuration d'appareil, Provisioning logiciel, accès et installation de périphériques.
• Documente les tickets et les étapes de résolution dans le système de gestion des services.
• Identifie les problèmes récurrents et propose des améliorations de processus.
• Communique clairement avec les utilisateurs tout au long du cycle de support.

• Diagnoses and resolves moderately complex hardware, software, application, and connectivity incidents for end users, applying established troubleshooting procedures and escalating issues that exceed defined scope.
• Fulfills service requests including device configuration, software provisioning, access setup, and peripheral installation accurately and within service level expectations.
• Documents incident details, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes in the service management system to maintain accurate records and support knowledge base development.
• Identifies recurring technical issues and contributing root causes, recommending process improvements and knowledge article updates that reduce repeat incidents and improve first-contact resolution.
• Communicates clearly with end users throughout the support lifecycle, setting accurate expectations, providing status updates, and confirming issue resolution to maintain a positive support experience.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

2+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related field required.

Certification in IT operations, systems administration, CompTIA Server+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent role relevant certification preferred.
