Job summary

AmerisourceBergen recherche un spécialiste MAWM basé en Inde pour diriger les tests de bout en bout et les déploiements MAWM. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes IT et opérations pour assurer une intégration fluide avec SAP et les systèmes ERP, en maîtrisant qTest et TOSCA pour l’automatisation.

Le candidat idéal possède au moins 4 années d’expérience en chaîne d’approvisionnement et en WMS, avec une expertise MAWM et une forte capacité à documenter et optimiser les processus métier.

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat en informatique, technologies de l’information ou domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente.

Responsibilities

• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir et analyser les besoins pour les déploiements MAWM.
• Gérer le développement, la configuration, le déploiement, la surveillance et le support des systèmes IT (MAWM).
• Concevoir et maintenir la documentation ( Guides de configuration, manuels, formations).
• Troubleshooter et résolution des problèmes liés à la configuration MAWM.
• Assurer l’intégration et le fonctionnement avec les ERP (SAP) et les interfaces MHE.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et des pratiques de livraison de projets.
• Rester informé des dernières pratiques MAWM et des évolutions technologiques.

Job Description 4+ years of experience in Supply chain with specialization in WMS applications, 2+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations and management of IT Operations with strong experience in end-to-end testing of MAWM applications. Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for our MAWM implementations.
• Manages the development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems – primarily Manhattan Associates Active WM platform (MAWM).
• Responsible for building out and optimizing a Global Center of Excellence to support end to end testing of MAWM applications, Inbound, Inventory Management, Outbound process across MAWM, Integration with ERP applications like SAP, MHE integrations, Functional Testing, SDN, Extension Testing and good experience with Test Management tools like qTest and automation with TOSCA.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials where necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MAWM configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations to ensure seamless integration and operation of our MAWM solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within our MAWM solutions.
• Provides suggestions on how new technical capabilities will be delivered into the business.
• Ensures appropriate compliance with project delivery methodologies and processes, identifying issues and opportunities to promote continuous improvement of the process.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in MAWM.

Experience & Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.4+ years of experience in Supply chain with specialization in WMS applications, 2+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and management of IT Operations with focus on end to end testing of MAWM applications.Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems .Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.4+ years of experience in technical product management, technical business analysis, solution architecture, or a related field required.Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certifications (CSPO), or equivalent certification preferred.Demonstrates advanced capability in translating business needs into technical solutions with growing breadth across related domains (e.g., cloud integration, enterprise architecture).Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on complex components and improve delivery outcomes.
