Job summary

IFF in Chennai, India is seeking a Specialist I, Data Analytics to partner with global teams, deliver data-driven insights and drive governance and continuous improvement.

You will work onsite, applying advanced analytics, reporting, and documentation practices to enable smarter decisions and measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Eng/Data Science/Business or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in global and cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to deliver business outcomes.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation and process improvement.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce or SAP are advantageous.

The Specialist I, Data Analytics role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within data analytics. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
