Yardi Systems in Pune, India seeks a Team Lead – Finance to drive RTR activities, month-end close, and reporting with strong accounting fundamentals. You will manage reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll, and project accounting, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance with local GAAP.

The role emphasizes leadership in a growing finance team with exposure to intercompany processes and external reporting requirements.

Formación

• Degree or professional accounting qualification (CA/CMA) or commerce degree with relevant training.
• Experience in RTR activities and month-end close preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP/Local accounting standards is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and review RTR activities and month-end close.
• Oversee bank reconciliation, cash accounting, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage fixed assets, project accounting, and lease accounting.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and accruals; ensure accurate reporting.
• Support consolidation, revenue recognition, and AR/AP aging.
