Responsibilities

• Issue POs to vendors and follow up for confirmations.

• Execute core procurement processes accurately for assigned products.
• Achieve service levels and inventory targets defined for the products.
• Coordinate PO changes with requestors and suppliers.
• Identify supplier for new orders per approved strategies.
• Maintain supplier databases and perform data updates.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies in procurement.
• Analyze root causes to resolve service issues and expedite relief.
• Prepare customized reports to support process improvements.
