Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - F&A - I2C to manage accounts receivable processes, respond to payment and dispute queries, and maintain client relations in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

The role focuses on driving strong stakeholder engagement and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Ideal candidates will have accounting/finance qualifications and solid experience in AR, collections, and data visualization, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge and proficiency in AR/collections processes.
• Experience with AR lifecycle and client relations is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relations.
• Respond to customer emails related to payment, dispute, and collections queries.
• Prepare SOPs/process manuals per client requirements and ensure compliance.
• Perform daily internal audits and maintain exception logs.
