Job summary

Genpact is seeking a finance professional to lead external reporting and analytics across GAAP/IFRS frameworks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will partner with FP&A, operations and transformation teams to deliver insightful financial commentary and performance dashboards.

Role emphasizes governance, process improvement and automation, with regular monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and executive presentations to CFO/CEO teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Advanced finance knowledge and professional qualifications (CFA/CPA/CMA) preferred.
• Strong understanding of external reporting standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and other standards.
• Coordinate and support external audits with accurate documentation.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Support internal controls design, testing and implementation for reporting accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders to explain financial performance and reporting outcomes.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance in external reporting.
• Lead process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packs.
• Prepare Board, CFO, CEO and executive leadership presentations.
• Develop KPI, SLA and performance scorecards.
• Provide variance analysis and business commentary.
• Create dashboards and visual reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Operations and Transformation teams.
• Drive reporting automation, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
