Genpact is seeking a Specialist for F&A - R2R with a focus on External Reporting. The role involves processing daily and periodic bookkeeping for Luxembourg-domiciled funds, preparing financial statements under IFRS, and coordinating with auditors and tax teams.

The position offers hybrid work in India and exposure to end-to-end consolidation processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance, strong technical skills in reconciliations and reporting, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience with consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.

Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook.Job DescriptionAccounting & Bookkeeping· Perform daily and periodic bookkeeping activities for fund and holding companies domiciled in Luxembourg and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.· Process accounts payable (AP) transactions accurately and on a timely basis.· Prepare payments and coordinate the payment process in accordance with internal controls and approval procedures.· Perform balance sheet and cash reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.2. Financial Reporting & Consolidation· Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and other applicable reporting standards.· Prepare consolidation accounting entries and consolidated financial statements under IFRS.· Support the consolidation process and prepare consolidated financial information where required.· Perform analytical reviews of financial results, identifying and explaining significant variances.· Prepare quarterly reporting packages for joint venture reporting purposes.3. Fund Operations & Investor Reporting· Prepare capital call and distribution calculations, including supporting schedules and investor notices.· Prepare waterfall and promote calculations in accordance with fund governing documents.· Support cash flow planning by monitoring expected funding requirements and liquidity needs.· Prepare Budget versus Actual (BvA) analyses, including intercompany account reconciliations.4. Valuation & Regulatory Reporting· Prepare valuation checklists and supporting documentation for valuation reporting cycles.· Prepare and submit regulatory reporting in accordance with applicable regulations and internal deadlines.· Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation for financial and operational reporting.5.
