Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A with a focus on R2R to drive financial close processes, consolidation, and reporting within a hybrid work setup in India. You will conduct compliance-related activities, risk assessments, and implement governance frameworks across multiple business units.

The role requires a strong background in accounting/finance, proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and experience in Record To Report processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Professional certifications in compliance or finance are a plus.
• Proficiency English required (Advanced - C1) and experience with audits/compliance are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks to strengthen governance and minimize risk.
• Identify risk exposures, recommend mitigations, and support corrective action plans.
• Provide guidance to business teams on compliance issues and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for reviews.
• Deliver training sessions to promote compliance culture across teams.
