Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist in Finance & Accounting with a focus on Record-to-Report (R2R) to manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting accuracy in a hybrid setup in India.

You will drive KPI adherence, support internal/external audits, and lead process improvements for efficiency and control, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• CAMS certification (PSIB)
• CCO certification (PSIB)
• CFA designation
• CPA designation
• CRCM certification (IARCP)

Responsibilities

• Apply strong R2R accounting knowledge with MEC & close/reporting.
• Review month-end journal entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve items promptly.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and internal controls are followed.
• Drive internal/external audit deliverables & documentation.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations & settlements.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive satisfaction.
• Lead process review meetings and drive automation to boost productivity.
