Job Description

• Apply strong Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting knowledge , with expertise in closing and reporting processes.
• Review and post month-end journal entries , ensuring accuracy and accounting compliance.
• Manage and oversee all Month-End Close (MEC) activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations , ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls , while reviewing timely execution of key control activities.
• Drive internal and external audit deliverables , ensuring timely submission of required documentation and evidence.
• Perform and oversee month-end closing activities , including variance analysis and financial reviews.
• Manage the quarterly intercompany accounting process , including reconciliation and settlement of balances.
• Build and maintain strong customer/stakeholder relationships , driving confidence and improving customer satisfaction.
• Lead process review and update meetings with customers and stakeholders as required.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and successful delivery of finance objectives.
