Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - FP&A in Hyderabad to analyze key financial metrics and provide insights for decision making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement FP&A dashboards, and drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning and reporting. Work in a hybrid environment with an evening shift in India, supporting global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance is required.
• Master's in Finance or related field is preferred.
• CFA/CFP/CMA/CPA are nice to have but not mandatory.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Analyze key financial and business performance metrics, providing insights to support decision-making. Develop and recommend performance improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps impacting business performance. Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights for senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and controls. Support departments with performance management best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
