Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - F&A - FP&A in India to lead monthly revenue forecasting, cost line analysis, and performance reviews.

You will drive dashboards and variance reporting for senior management and support cross-functional consolidation of forecasts. The role requires strong FP&A and financial modelling skills, experience in GL/financial reporting, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in accounting, commerce, economics or finance; masters in finance preferred.
• Strong FP&A and financial analysis capabilities with forecasting experience.
• Experience with variance analysis and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• AOP, monthly forecasting of Revenue, cost lines including SG&A, IT, STIP and more.
• Drive performance reviews, dashboards and variance analysis for senior management.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and conduct ad-hoc analytics.
• Collaborate with divisions and stakeholders for forecasts and consolidations.

Job Description

AOP, monthly forecasting of Revenue, cost lines including SG&A, IT, STIP etc. and drive it through Performance reviews and Dashboards. Financial Performance Tracking, Analysis, & Reporting: Flash, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performance. Weekly Updates (updates from Divisions, SC, and Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) Supporting Division finance and other vertical with reporting, forecasting and variance analysis. Manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process Cross functional collaboration for consolidations of forecasts and AOP Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, thoughtful and meaningful analysis Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior year revenue, expenses and proactively identify opportunities for improvements Financial Modelling and Scenario building: Support team with ad-hoc scenario building by using necessary financial models. Collaborate with team for process improvements and optimization opportunities.
