Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - FP&A in India to analyze financial performance, develop improvement strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance required.
• Masters in Finance and relevant certifications preferred.
• CFA/CFP/CMA/CPA credentials highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key financial and business performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Develop and recommend performance improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process gaps.
• Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools, dashboards, reporting frameworks.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with trends and insights for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize FP&A processes and controls.
• Support departments with performance management and alignment with goals.
