Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - FP&A to analyze financial metrics and deliver insights for senior leadership. You will design improvement plans, partner with teams to close gaps, and implement dashboards to monitor performance. Strong FP&A, R2R, and SAP experience is required in a dynamic, hybrid work setting.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, accurate reporting, and strategic support to drive operational efficiency and business growth at Genpact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Masters in finance or professional certifications add value.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, GL, R2R processes and controls.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel and MS Office required.
• Experience in financial planning, data reporting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze key financial and business performance metrics, providing insights to support decision-making. Develop and recommend performance improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps impacting business performance. Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights for senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and controls. Support departments with performance management best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
