Job summary

Lennox India Technology Centre seeks an experienced Hardware Asset Manager to act as the central point of contact for HAM processes. You will own the hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement and maintain accurate AMDB records.

Collaborate with Procurement, IT Operations, Finance and other teams to ensure policy compliance, conduct audits, and generate leadership reports. Requires 8+ years in HAM/ITAM and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in Hardware Asset/IT Asset Management.
• Experience with HAM ITIL/ISO standards.
• Experience with HAM tools like ServiceNow, SSCM, CMDB.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to drive process improvements.
• Experience managing operations for mid-to-scale organizations is a plus.

• Own and manage the entire hardware asset lifecycle - from procurement to retirement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in the Asset Management Database (AMDB).
• Coordinate with Procurement, IT Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure compliance with HAM policies.
• Perform regular audits, reconciliations, and inventory checks to ensure asset data integrity and compliance.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends, opportunities for cost optimization, and process improvements.
• Lead and execute strategic initiatives related to asset tracking, governance, and technology refresh cycles.
• Ensure proper tagging, tracking, allocation, and disposal of all hardware assets.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate policies.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
• Define and continuously improve HAM policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Collaborate with global IT and business teams to align hardware asset management practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Hardware Asset Management or IT Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware asset lifecycle and HAM best practices (e.g., ITIL, ISO standards).
• Experience using IT Asset Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SSCM, CMDB).
• Proven ability to manage inventories, conduct audits, and maintain accurate asset records.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
• Experience in managing operations for mid-to-scale organizations is a plus.
