Job summary

Bristlecone is seeking a Specialist – Consulting Change Management to lead end-to-end OCM workstreams for AI and digital transformation in India. You will design change strategies, manage stakeholder ecosystems, implement DAPs, and mentor junior consultants in evolving OCM practices.

You will partner with clients, conduct readiness assessments, and deliver executive-ready storytelling with AI-augmented visuals. Hybrid work and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of change management consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, HR or related field.
• Prosci or equivalent certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered consulting, analytics, and digital adoption tools.
• Strong stakeholder management in hybrid/virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive OCM workstreams for AI/digital transformation from planning to delivery.
• Engage client managers and SMEs through data-driven workshops.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans and sentiment analysis using AI tools.
• Conduct readiness assessments using real-time data and AI analytics.
• Implement and monitor Digital Adoption Platforms and adoption metrics.
• Produce executive-ready presentations with AI-assisted storytelling.
• Facilitate multichannel change messaging across digital platforms.
• Track risks, issues, and status using collaboration tools and dashboards.
• Coach junior consultants in AI-augmented OCM methodologies.
• Provide resistance management and fatigue mitigation strategies.

The Specialist – Consulting Change Management will independently own end‑to‑end OCM workstreams for AI and digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with clients to design and execute change strategies powered by AI insights, manage stakeholder ecosystems, implement Digital Adoption Platforms, and mentor junior consultants in emerging OCM practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive OCM workstreams for AI/digital transformation programs, from planning to delivery.
• Engage client managers and SMEs through virtual/hybrid workshops using data‑driven insights.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, influence maps, and sentiment analysis using AI tools.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments leveraging real‑time data and AI analytics.
• Implement and manage Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) and monitor adoption metrics.
• Produce executive‑ready presentations with AI‑assisted storytelling and visualizations.
• Facilitate multi‑channel communication and change messaging across digital platforms.
• Track project risks, issues, and status using collaboration tools and adoption dashboards.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants on AI‑augmented OCM methodologies.
• Provide resistance management and change fatigue mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in change management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, HR or related field.
• Proven consulting experience with techno‑commercial acumen.
• Prosci or equivalent change management certification (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered consulting, analytics, and digital adoption tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in hybrid/virtual environments.
• Experience in supply chain or SAP S/4HANA projects is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to create executive‑level presentations and visualizations.
• Excellent coaching and mentorship capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage change fatigue, and adapt to rapid transformation.
