Job summary

Randstad Staffing seeks a Specialist, Business Analytics to act as the data backbone of our supplier ecosystem. You will transform raw data into strategic insights, automate workflows, and ensure a compliant, transparent analytics environment for global clients and internal teams.

You will develop data dashboards, perform routine data mining and validation, and influence BI projects and change management initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• University/ postgraduate degree or equivalent professional ability.
• Demonstrable procurement/commercial experience and a career track record measured by customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data acquisition, processing, integration and cleaning from multiple sources to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Understand reporting requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and build existing tools to support reporting.
• Assist in building and refining data dashboards and reports with automated data collection and reporting.
• Conduct data investigations and analyses, identifying trends and variances to support strategic initiatives.

Overview

The Supply Chain Advisory & Compliance (SCA) team is pivoting from traditional orchestration to "Integrity & Optimization." We are seeking a Specialist, Business Analytics to serve as the data backbone of our supplier ecosystem. In this role, you will act as an analytical architect, transforming raw operational data into actionable strategic intelligence. You will be responsible for engineering "compliance-first" performance metrics, automating fragmented manual workflows, and ensuring our global supplier base remains a transparent, compliant, and resilient value-add for our clients and internal teams.

What you will do and expectation

• Under minimal supervision, delivers the acquisition, processing, integration, and cleaning of data from multiple sources, enhancing the organization’s ability to make strategic decisions through improved data quality and accessibility
• Understand the reporting requirement from internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and build existing tools
• Assists in building and refining data dashboards and reports, using a variety of tools to automate data collection and report generation. Contributes to the development and efficiency of analytical processes, ensuring data insights are effectively presented to stakeholders
• Contributes to data investigations and performs analysis under minimal supervision, identifying trends and variances that support the organization’s strategic initiatives. This includes routine data mining, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency in data reports
• Influences the delivery of business intelligence projects and change management initiatives, providing critical support within assigned areas to better align with organizational strategies. Participates in the implementation of new analytics tools and techniques
• Develops internal relationships under minimal supervision by facilitating the presentation of data insights and developing visual aids such as charts and graphs, which illustrate business, operations, customer and economic performance trends and support decision-making processes
• Continuously develops and shares knowledge of emerging trends in data analytics, supporting and promoting change management and departmental within assigned areas of responsibility. Assists in the proactive identification of data-driven insights that can significantly improve customer experiences
• Supports the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of data analytics, participating in change management and departmental initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility
