About Digital Human Health (DHH)
Digital Human Health connects technology, data, and people to enable and accelerate Human Health business across global markets. DHH supports commercial and medical teams by delivering customer-centric digital platforms, data capabilities, and technology-enabled operating models for flexible go-to-market approaches, actionable insights, and personalized customer experiences in a regulated environment. Within DHH, Content Enablement & Execution focuses on improving how content is planned, created, reviewed, delivered, and reused—driving speed, quality, compliance-by-design, and scalable omnichannel execution.
Role Purpose
Own analysis and redesign of US content creation and development workflows, translating business needs into scalable process models and Workfront-enabled solutions that improve visibility, cycle time, accountability, and adoption.
Scope Of Ownership & Adjacent Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end workflow analysis (intake → production milestones → approvals/handoffs) and define future-state models.
- Translate workflow needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable reliable platform configuration and delivery.
- Partner with US Marketing/Creative/Agencies and IT teams to align operating models and change adoption.
- Support metrics definition (throughput, cycle time, workload) and ensure reporting needs are embedded in designs.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Development Process Analysis
- Analyze current-state US content creation and development workflows including intake, briefing, reviews, approvals, handoffs, and milestones.
- Assess execution within Adobe Workfront and connected tools; identify pain points, inefficiencies, and simplification opportunities.
- Define future-state process models to improve visibility, cycle time, accountability, and scalability; document roles and governance.
Business Requirements & Workflow Definition
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements for content workflows, templates, intake forms, and automation within Workfront and related platforms.
- Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain process flows, workflow diagrams, data definitions, and business rules accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as liaison between US Marketing, Creative, Agencies, Compliance partners (as applicable), and IT teams.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on workflow changes, priorities, and success measures.
- Support adoption by communicating process updates, usage expectations, and day-to-day impacts.
Agile Delivery Support
- Collaborate with product owners and delivery teams to refine and prioritize backlogs for workflow and Workfront enhancements.
- Support sprint planning/refinement by ensuring requirements are clear, testable, and implementation-ready.
- Validate delivered configurations/features against requirements and business expectations.
Operational Readiness & Adoption
- Contribute to user guidance, training materials, and reference documentation for workflows and Workfront usage.
- Support pilots and phased rollouts across US teams and agencies; gather feedback and recommend iterative improvements.
- Help define and track success metrics such as throughput, cycle time, rework rates, and adoption.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- 4–5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst supporting content, marketing, or workflow-driven operations.
- Strong ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes and system-enabled workflows.
- Experience translating business needs into workflow requirements, user stories, and system configurations.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and requirements practices (user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement).
Preferred / Nice To Have
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (workflow, templates, intake, reporting).
- Exposure to US marketing, creative, or agency-based content operating models.
- Familiarity with content lifecycle management, digital asset management, or related martech platforms.
