Role Purpose
Configure, optimize, and enable Adobe Workfront workflows underpinning US content creation and development—translating documented requirements into scalable templates, custom forms, automations, and reporting to improve usability, visibility, and cycle time.
Scope of Ownership & Adjacent Responsibilities
Own Workfront configuration deliverables (templates, queues, custom forms, statuses, groups) aligned to agreed operating models. Embed governance in configuration (permissions, license types, team structures) and ensure scalable, maintainable designs. Partner with product owners and BAs to convert requirements into implementable configuration and validate outcomes. Build operational reporting and dashboards that support leadership and day‑to‑day visibility.
