Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a Specialist - Business Analyst & Application Support to analyse business requirements, review functional specs, and provide ongoing application support within the Bulk & PGP domain. The role focuses on maintaining documentation, validating systems, and supporting audits.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years IT experience, strong C#/.NET, MVC, RESTful APIs and multi-time-zone collaboration. Office in Kolkata with global IT support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent with validation/audit training.
• Experience in mobile, web, client-server development using Microsoft technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system documentation in compliance with GxP standards.
• Create and maintain SOPs, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and other technical documentation.
• Support and maintenance of software solutions supporting the Cylinder Supply Chain domain.
• Analyse and understand business requirements and support functional design and testing activities.
• Participate in system validation and support internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of system specifications, modelling, and proficiency in GxP validation.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• The Specialist in this role will be responsible to maintain system documentation in compliance with GxP standards
• And create and maintain SOPs, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and other technical documentation
• You will also support and maintenance of software solutions supporting the Cylinder Supply Chain domain
• And analyse / understand business requirements and support functional design and testing activities
• Lastly, participate in systemvalidation and support & internal and external audits
• You must have knowledge of system specification and modelling and proficiency in GxP validation

• A Bachelor/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent from a reputed institute and formal training on validation topics & audit
• You should have overall three to four (3 - 4) years of relevant IT experience working with reputed companies
• Also, knowledge in mobile, web, client server development using Microsoft technology
• Must have experience in working in offshore teams and exposureto working in a geographically dispersed environment
• Lastly, Abilityto work across multiple time zones
• You must have knowledge in C#, .NET, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Must possess knowledge in MVC architecture & RESTful APIs, web services, and server-side technologies
• And strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
