Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Specialist - BCM - Asset & Wealth Management in India. The role focuses on data processing, performance analysis, and data quality for asset management and wealth management activities.

The candidate will work in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment with exposure to complex financial data and integration across multiple systems. Office-based positions are available with standard night shifts as applicable in the location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in commerce, economics or finance.
• Master-level degree in business administration or analytics is a plus (MBA/Analytics).
• Relevant experience in asset and wealth management domains is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process daily statement feed data and reconcile positions/transactions.
• Operate performance and related software systems for accurate data handling.
• Aggregate data for performance measurement and analysis to provide insights.
• Analyze custodian statements for data consistency and accuracy.
• Map transactions to correct treatment and identify holding asset types.
• Validate returns, perform QA checks and correct data errors.
• Support performance calculations and billing processes and implement fixes.
