Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited - S55 is seeking an experienced Appeal Sr. Administrator to join its HR Appeals team in a contractual role.

You will handle confidential employee information and provide high-quality service to Amazonians throughout their appeals journey. You will apply policy expertise, assess documentation for accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve processes while managing high-volume workloads in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of human resources experience
• Experience with HR processes and systems
• Demonstrated proficiency handling customer contacts, queries and resolutions.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
• Comfort with high volume workloads, experience with rapid and complex changing work environment

Responsabilités

• Utilize your deep diving skills and Amazon policy expertise to identify required documentation for appeal cases.
• Assess documentation for accuracy and past precedent.
• Identify any process defects and recommended remediation.
• Review information which contributed to the disciplinary action impacting the employee. Use your investigative skills to determine if policy was applied properly and consistently based on evidence and employee/witness statements

You will use your strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to bring about continuous improvement on a daily basis; put your exceptional customer service, communication, organizational skills, superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing HR environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Comfort with high volume workloads, experience with rapid and complex changing work environment, willingness to roll up your sleeves

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
• 4+ years of contact center experience, or experience in the customer service/contact center industry
• Experience with process improvement and stakeholder managementExperience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
• Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
• Proven ability to follow existing process with high attention to detail.
• Additional languages a plus.
