The SEC Specialist II will be a key contributor in providing support for the timely preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements, as well as assisting with corporate sustainability reporting and compliance. The role focuses on two key areas: 1) supporting the preparation of the filing of Forms 10-Q and 10-K in alignment with US GAAP and SEC standards, and 2) supporting accounting‑related Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data management, including collection, analysis, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in public accounting and financial reporting, strong analytical skills, and experience with data collection. Knowledge of sustainability performance reporting and an understanding of the intersection between financial assurance and ESG reporting is preferred.
