Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced FP&A professional to join the India FP&A Operations SSC in Pune. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, and payroll teams to deliver accurate forecasting and financial analysis, driving critical decisions across the organization.

You’ll contribute to balance sheet and cash flow planning, improve forecasting processes, and participate in weekly cash projections in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 8+ years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong financial modeling and variance analysis between forecast and actuals.
• Knowledge of balance sheet and cash flow concepts; payroll processing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely monthly close and reporting with FP&A and Accounting teams.
• Forecast balance sheet, cash flow, payroll, prepaid and accruals; assist Capex.
• Support global payroll cash forecast and timing of payments with stakeholders.
• Perform variance analyses and weekly cash forecast updates.
• Leverage Adaptive Planning for forecasting and reporting when possible.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated team player who has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, polished communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally as well as independently. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking experience within a dynamic and fast-paced FP&A organization and providing critical decision support to leaders across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A Operations - Finance Shared Services, this role will join the India FP&A Operations Shared Services Center (SSC) team and will be responsible for performing various FP&A duties related to balance sheet and cash flow in partnership with Accounting, FP&A, and other key stakeholders. This role will also indirectly report to FP&A Operations leadership based in the US.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with FP&A and Accounting to ensure quality and timeliness of the monthly financial close and reporting
• Support monthly balance sheet and cash flow statement forecast, areas of focus will mainly be payroll forecast, but also include prepaid, accrued expense, Capex.
• Support the global payroll cash forecast for wages, bonus, commissions, payroll taxes, equity taxes, benefits, pension, and 401k, partner with Accounting and Payroll Operations to understand payroll transactions and accurately forecast payment timing
• Support variance analyses, including actual vs. forecast and current forecast vs. prior forecast
• Assist with weekly cash forecast, focusing on AP and Payroll forecast update
• Leverage system capabilities like Adaptive Planning where possible for forecasting and reporting

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree Accounting/Finance experience – 8+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance area, including financial modeling and variance analysis between forecast and actual
• Accounting/Finance Knowledge – you have a thorough understanding of Accounting/Finance concepts, especially balance sheet and statement of cash flow
• Background in payroll processing/ payroll accounting
• Strong attention to detail – must display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy in work
• Excellent communication skills
• Shift Time: 5:00pm to 2:00am IST, at least three days per week in Pune office
• Bonus Points: Experience working within a SSC supporting a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably a hyper-growth company Prior SaaS industry experience Prior experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Coupa, Snowflake, Tableau or ServiceNow
