Job summary

MetLife is seeking a data/reporting professional to manage and validate performance dashboards for management visibility. You will build and maintain weekly and monthly inventory and commission reports using SQL and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires following SLAs, liaising with brokers/agencies, and applying corrective actions as needed to meet organizational quality standards. Proficiency with AI Copilot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing weekly/monthly inventory reports.
• Experience in creating commission/operational reports via SQL queries.
• Ability to review discrepancies and correct reports.
• Experience publishing dashboards and reports for management.

Responsible to sort, compare, validate & compile reports for Stateside and prepare the performance dashboard/reports.

Meets quality and customer service expectation levels set by the organization guidelines.
