The Brand Brewery in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Spatial & Experience Designer to transform briefs into engaging physical experiences, from booths to immersive spaces and activations.

You will lead concept development, mood boards, and 3D visualizations, collaborating with strategists and production partners to deliver memorable brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 48 years of experience in experiential design, exhibition design, spatial design, retail design, environmental design, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experiential spaces, exhibitions, installations, retail environments, activations, or branded experiences.
• Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into compelling physical experiences.
• Strong understanding of visitor flow, engagement, and spatial storytelling.
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for design, culture, innovation, and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design experiential environments for events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, and brand launches.
• Develop creative spatial concepts from brief to presentation stage.
• Create mood boards, space planning layouts, design narratives, and visual references.
• Design exhibition booths, pavilions, installations, pop-up experiences, and branded environments.
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists, client servicing teams, and production partners.
• Explore innovative materials, finishes, textures, and design elements to enhance experiences.
• Create presentation-ready 3D visualizations and design proposals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original experiential ideas.
• Stay updated on global trends in experiential marketing, retail design, exhibitions, architecture, fashion, and brand experiences.
• Support projects from concept development through execution.

Role Overview

As a Senior Spatial & Experience Designer, you will transform creative briefs into engaging physical experiences. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing exhibition booths, brand activations, event environments, installations, pop-ups, experience zones, and immersive brand spaces.

This role requires someone who can think beyond structures and layouts to create meaningful visitor journeys and brand interactions.
