Job summary

Caliber Organisation in Mumbai is seeking an Experiential 3D Event Designer to transform client ideas into immersive brand experiences, with strong expertise in spatial planning, 3D visualization, event environments and brand activations.

Responsibilities include developing 3D concepts for corporate events, designing stages and booths, creating photorealistic renders, producing fabrication-ready files, and collaborating across teams to ensure feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, Product Design or related field.
• 4 to 12 years of experience in experiential event design, exhibitions, retail design, stage design or event production.
• Strong portfolio is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative 3D concepts for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, conferences, retail activations and brand experiences.
• Design stages, exhibition booths, registration areas, experience zones, kiosks and branded environments.
• Create photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs and presentation visuals.
• Prepare detailed layouts, production drawings and fabrication-ready files.
• Translate client briefs into compelling, practical and visually strong concepts.
• Integrate branding, lighting, AV, materials, structures and fabrication techniques.
• Coordinate with creative, production and client servicing teams to ensure execution feasibility.
• Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining creativity and functionality.
• Stay updated with event design trends, materials, visualization tools and immersive technologies.
