ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Spatial Designer in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 30 days.
You will develop creative concepts and spatial designs for museums, exhibitions, experience centers and immersive projects while creating 3D visualizations, mood boards and presentations. You will be accountable for translating briefs into compelling visual experiences, integrating AI generated assets into traditional workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring design quality across all deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop creative concepts and spatial designs for museums, exhibitions, experience centers, and experiential projects.
2. Create 3D visualizations, spatial layouts, mood boards, storyboards, and design presentations.
3. Translate project briefs and narratives into compelling visual and spatial experiences.
4. Collaborate closely with designers, architects, 3D artists, developers, content teams, and project managers.
5. Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to generate high-quality concepts, environments, textures, and visual assets.
6. Integrate AI-generated assets with traditional 3D, design, VFX, and visualization workflows.
7. Support graphic, video, and motion content development where required.
8. Participate in client presentations, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.
9. Ensure design quality and consistency across all project deliverables.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Strong understanding of Spatial Design, Experience Design, Visual Storytelling, and 3D Visualization.
2. Proficiency in one or more tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Maya, Rhino, or Unreal Engine.
3. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
4. Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools and prompt engineering.
5. Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, lighting, materials, and visual hierarchy.
6. Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
7. A strong portfolio showcasing spatial, 3D, or experiential design work is mandatory.
8. Experience in museums, exhibitions, experience centers, experiential design, theme parks, cultural projects, events, immersive installations, architectural visualization, or VFX will be an advantage.
9. Expertise in 3D Modeling, Rendering, Concept Design, Exhibition Design, Immersive Design, and AI Integration.
