Job summary

Tagbin Services in Gurugram, Haryana, invites an Architect to join a full-time, on-site role within 30 days. You will translate client briefs into feasibility studies, concept designs, and comprehensive construction documentation for large-scale museum, exhibition, and cultural projects.

You will lead design development, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and supervise site execution while ensuring compliance with NBC, heritage and safety standards across India.

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
• 4 to 7 years of architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other CAD/3D modeling tools.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end architectural design and detailed drawings for large-scale projects.
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent coordination, technical communication, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client briefs to prepare feasibility studies, concept designs, and 3D massing studies.
• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, drawings, BOQs, specs, and construction docs.
• Lead design development from concept to tender-ready drawings with material schedules.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, interiors, landscape, and consultants to integrate inputs into BIM/CAD models.
• Conduct regular site inspections, supervise execution, resolve on-site conflicts, issue revised drawings and RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, local codes, heritage regulations, fire safety, accessibility and sustainability.
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, contractors and authorities to ensure timely approvals and quality control.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as an Architect in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 30 days. You will take large scale museum exhibition theme park and cultural projects from client brief and feasibility through design documentation and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyze and interpret client briefs to prepare detailed feasibility studies, concept designs, schematic proposals, and 3D massing studies.
2. Develop comprehensive architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, working drawings, detailed BOQs, technical specifications, and construction documentation using industry-standard CAD workflows.
3. Lead design development from initial concept through detailed design, value engineering, and preparation of tender-ready drawings with material schedules and finish specifications.
4. Coordinate closely with MEP, structural, interior, landscape, AV, technology, lighting, and specialist consultants to integrate multidisciplinary inputs into cohesive BIM and CAD models.
5. Conduct regular site inspections, supervise execution, resolve on-site design conflicts, and issue revised drawings and RFIs as required.
6. Ensure strict compliance with NBC, local building codes, heritage regulations, fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines.
7. Liaise with external consultants, vendors, contractors, and government authorities to ensure timely approvals, smooth project delivery, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
2. 4 to 7 years of relevant architectural experience.
3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other advanced CAD and 3D modeling tools.
4. Hands-on experience in end-to-end architectural design, detailed working drawings, accurate BOQ preparation, specifications, and construction documentation for large-scale institutional and cultural projects.
5. In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, material science, structural systems, building services integration, and statutory building regulations.
6. Excellent coordination, technical communication, problem-solving, and project management skills with proven ability to manage complex stakeholder interfaces.
7. Willingness to travel extensively for site visits, client meetings, and project monitoring as required.
