Job summary

You will guide multidisciplinary teams and build storytelling frameworks, visitor journeys, and immersive experiences while integrating AI, architecture, graphics, and digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall creative vision for museums, exhibitions, experience centres, immersive environments, and public engagement projects.
• Translate client objectives, research, and strategic goals into compelling experiential concepts.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of spatial designers, graphic designers, writers, architects, technologists and project managers.
• Develop storytelling frameworks, visitor journeys, interpretive strategies, and immersive experience concepts.
• Oversee concept development from ideation through execution across every touchpoint.
• Guide the integration of architecture, graphics, multimedia, AI, interactive technologies, and physical environments.
• Review and approve scripts, design concepts, animations, spatial experiences, and digital interfaces.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, design reviews, innovation workshops, and client presentations.
• Mentor creative teams and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Build AI-enabled creative workflows using generative AI for ideation, visualization, and rapid prototyping.
• Stay informed about global trends in experiential design, museums, immersive media, and emerging technologies.

6. Strong understanding of AI-powered creative ecosystems including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, and emerging generative AI platforms.
