Job summary

Valmet Spare Parts Specialist in India focuses on sales of spare parts for Paper, Pulp and Energy, evaporators and environmental systems, coordinating with customers in India. You will work with the sales team to identify needs, draft technical specifications, prepare quotations and ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 5+ years in boiler or pulp & paper mill tech, strong English skills, and familiarity with SAP/Baan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or Process engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience working with boiler or pulp & Paper mill technologies.
• Familiar with boiler or pulp & Paper mill components, equipment’s and accessories.
• Good ability on technical vocabulary / technical language skills.
• Ability to provide technical information, clarification and advice.
• Understanding on Incoterms and payment terms
• Good oral and written English
• Proficient in MS Office, skills in Lotus, Baan and SAP are appreciated
• Service minded and mature with good team playing and organizing skills

Spare Parts Specialist is focusing on sales of spare parts for Paper, Pulp and Energy, evaporators and environmental systems in pulp & paper mills and power plants in India as part of AP PEC Parts and CS.

He/She is working together with sales team to identify and affect customer needs, making technical specifications, quotations, and coordinating deliveries to customers in India.
